Mr. MacDonald entered the insurance business as a bond underwriter trainee for CIGNA. Subsequently, he joined the St. Paul Insurance Companies where he was in charge of Financial Institutions Underwriting and Marketing for the State of Wisconsin. He entered the agency phase of his career as Marketing Manager for a large suburban agency in the Chicago Metropolitan area, and ultimately became a full-time agent and producer with Lamb, Little & Co.
As a result of his background in underwriting and marketing, Mr. MacDonald brings to the table a solidly based understanding of the property/casualty insurance marketplace. He provides expertise in risk management review, competitive market analysis, proposal development and presentation, and the design and implementation of customer oriented insurance programs.
Mr. MacDonald serves on the Board of Directors of Lamb, Little & Co. He was named “Producer of the Year” in 1998.
He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse. He received his Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1992 and his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1995. Mr. MacDonald and his family reside in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
