Ms. Hanna grew up in the insurance business helping her father (now retired) in his office. She joined Lamb, Little & Co. in 2003, taking over her father’s client base and further building her business through commercial and personal property/casualty sales and service.
She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising and marketing. In 2004, she attended the Hartford School of Insurance and she holds the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) industry designation.
She has recently taken over responsibility for Personal Lines servicing and processing on behalf of the entire Agency.
Ms. Hanna resides with her husband and two children in Batavia, Illinois.
