Charles F. Schramm, CIC, CPCU, AAI, ARM, CRM

Mr. Schramm is known at Lamb, Little & Co. as “The Professor” because of his broad background in property/casualty insurance and his profound interest in teaching. In addition to managing his clients’ insurance needs, he teaches insurance courses for Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC), Insurance School of Chicago (ISC), Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois (PIIAI), Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW), and others.

Mr. Schramm began his insurance career in 1965 at Allstate in their customer service division. He subsequently became an agent and had his own agency for several years before joining Lamb, Little in 1986.

He received his MBA from Roosevelt University and holds industry designations from Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC), Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).

In addition to all of his teaching responsibilities, The Professor assists everyone at the Agency in answering coverage questions and solving difficult risk issues. He also serves as an expert witness for insurance cases, is on the faculty of Virtual University, and he writes insurance articles.

Mr. Schramm resides in Hoffman Estates with his spouse. They have three children and seven grandsons.
