Mr. Dunn began his insurance career in 1979 after two years of running a family business and four years in the securities industry. Initially, he began by brokering insurance through an agency in Barrington, Illinois, while learning his new craft.
Then, in 1985, he joined Lamb, Little & Co.
A penchant for detail led him to spend eight years on the Technical Committee of the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois (PIIAI), answering coverage questions for other brokers. He continues to do a bit in that role, time permitting.
His practice today includes manufacturing companies and law firms, but he always enjoys the occasional new and unusual challenge.
Mr. Dunn attended the University of Illinois, is involved in a variety of charitable endeavors, and resides with his wife in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
