Ms. Hermann began her insurance career in 1976 as an employee of State Farm Insurance Company, handling personal insurance. After three years she transferred to the Independent Agency system where she has worked within many facets of both management and sales.
She joined Lamb, Little & Co. in 1997 as a commercial lines sales producer. She was named a Vice President in 2004 and elected to the Board of Directors in 2006.
Ms. Hermann graduated from Augustana College and received her Master of Arts Degree from Minnesota State University in 1975. She subsequently attained her Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1987 and is a member of the West Suburban Chapter of CPCU. She is also on the Agents’ Advisory Council for State Auto Insurance Company.
Her family makes their home in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
