Ms. Rutkowski’s background includes extensive relationship management, customer service, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Lamb, Little & Co. in 1998, she had worked for a small family-owned agency. Her focus and specialties range from small business insurance to difficult-to-place product liability coverage for manufacturing firms. She has expertise in coverage forms and contract review for contracting companies.
In addition to her sales and servicing responsibilities, Ms. Rutkowski has served on small business initiatives for Northbrook Insurance, Citizens/Hanover Insurance, and Hartford Insurance. She serves as Lamb, Little’s liaison with Hartford, Zurich and West Bend Mutual, and has been named to the Select Agency Small Business Council for Hartford Insurance in 1997 and 2007.
She serves on Lamb, Little & Company’s Strategic Planning Committee and is the Liaison Coordinator in the agency’s Marketing Relations division.
Ms. Rutkowski graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree. She is currently working on her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) industry designations. She resides with her family in Chesterton, Indiana.
