Mr. Russ began his own insurance agency with Allstate Insurance Company in 1994 where his customers primarily had personal lines and small commercial coverages. He recently joined Lamb, Little & Co. to broaden his opportunities for larger commercial business.
He plans to specialize in the habitational market, providing insurance for condominiums and apartment buildings.
While with Allstate, Mr. Russ was involved with the Chairman’s Conference, the highest award offered at that company. He attended Bradley University, majoring in international studies.
He resides with his spouse in Highland Park. They have two children and two grandchildren.
