In 1986, Mr. Lain began his long, successful relationship with Lamb, Little & Co. During his early years, he assisted one of the LLC founders and a long-time associate with their clients, as well as handling his own customers. He currently writes all types of insurance, with Personal Lines being his area of expertise.
Mr. Lain began his insurance career as a Personal Lines Account Representative at Liberty Mutual in 1978 where he worked until 1984. He spent two years with a small, independent agency before joining Lamb, Little & Co.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. He serves on the Personal Lines Advisory Boards for the Hanover Insurance Group and West Bend Mutual Insurance Company. He has served on the Management Committee at Lamb, Little and he assisted in the development of the Agency’s Personal Lines Central Processing Unit.
Mr. Lain spent three years on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Peace Museum. He resides with his domestic partner in the city of Chicago.
