Mr. Migliore, a graduate of Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana, majored in Business Administration and Accounting. He began his career as an auditing and tax accountant for a Certified Public Accounting firm. After a couple of years he moved from the accounting arena to the corporate arena, becoming the Assistant Controller of a large corporation.
In 1988, Mr. Migliore switched gears to join the insurance industry, becoming an agent for Metropolitan Life and later The Guardian. He developed knowledge and skills not only in life insurance but in employee benefits and benefits counseling.
He joined Lamb, Little & Co. early in 1998 to offer his clients more options and opportunities for their insurance needs and to broaden his client base, with Employee Benefits programs, including group health and welfare plans, qualified retirement plans, and financial and estate planning. Mr. Migliore is our Corporate Secretary and also serves on the Agency’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Migliore obtained his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation in 1992 and his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1999. He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the National (and Chicago) Association of Life Underwriters. He and his family reside in Barrington, Illinois.
